On the "business" side of the docket, Lee has represented clients
ranging from family-owned businesses to multi-national
corporations.
He has routinely handled very large cases, but
is always ready, willing and able to represent the little guy
as well.
Personal Injury and Death Litigation. Lee's earliest
training and experience arise from personal injury and death
litigation.
He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants
and has handled literally hundreds of such cases, many of them
involving claims for millions of dollars.
Family Law. Our extensive experience also extends into
the field of family law.
We routinely handle complex divorces and significant disputes
regarding child support and custody.
In recent years, Lee has developed something of a niche in
assisting those fathers wishing to "buck the odds" and seek
custody of their minor children.
Wills & Will Contests. Lee has the background necessary
to assist his clients will the preparation of wills and other
documents related to estate planning. He has also litigated a
significant number of will contests.
Business Law. While our firm has extensive experience
litigating business disputes, we certainly realize that an
agreed resolution (rather than a lawsuit) can often achieve
the best (and most-economical) result for the client.
We have extensive experience in negotiating toward the successful
resolution of such disputes.
Additionally, we stand ready to assist our clients in forming new
businesses, including evaluation of the relative merits of the
various types of incorporation, partnerships and limited liability

Lee Alford is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice in all State Courts.
He is also licensed to practice in most Federal Courts in Texas and before the
Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, sitting in New Orleans.

offered by State Bar of Texas and is thus
Not Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
